- Description:
The raw material for this tea is harvested from large arbor trees in the Bingdao area. Its leaves are thick and plump, featuring the characteristic “black strands and white buds” unique to Bingdao tea. With a bud-and-leaf ratio of one bud to one or two leaves, the strands are clear and tightly packed. It carries a natural “rock sugar taste” and, being a first flush tea, it has virtually no bitterness. Upon tasting, a cooling sensation gradually develops in the throat, transitioning into a pleasant salivation at the back of the tongue and cheeks. The tea soup has a sugary aroma, and even after cooling, the rock sugar flavor remains distinct.
